HUNTERDON COUNTY — On Tuesday, Ed Potosnak, Democratic Candidate for New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District, announced the endorsements of Hunterdon County leaders.  Lois Zarish and the Hunterdon County Democrats, Mayor Charles Daniel of Califon, and Hunterdon County Democracy for America extended their support to Potosnak’s campaign to be their next Congressman.  Potosnak and Lance were invited to debate on October 18 in Califon.  Potosnak spoke to voters for about 30 minutes on the issues, while Mr. Lance was a no-show.

Lois Zarish:
“Hunterdon was the first county to endorse Ed Potosnak in the primary and we are all looking forward to being represented by him in Congress.”

Mayor Charles Daniel:
“Ed Potosnak is right on the issues and he respects the voters’ need to hear political discourse in a public forum before making a choice on Election Day.”

Hunterdon County Democracy For America:
"Democracy for America is on the lookout for forward-thinking, hard-working candidates whose success our local groups tell us is important to them,” said New Jersey DFA Board Member Rosi Efthim.  “Ask him a question and you get his answer directly, and you're likely to get a question back about what you think. Like most scientists, he's alert to new evidence and fresh ideas. Like most teachers, he draws people in and gets them thinking and moving forward. Like most small business owners, he's got his eye on the bottom line. We're proud to stand behind Ed Potosnak.”
